Who is the Boise REIN Membership for?
Our Basic Membership is a great way to dip your toes in to the world of investing and get some valuable resources.
Our Wealth Builder Membership level is designed for active investors and soon to be investors that are serious about learning how to successfully invest in real estate, and ultimately, to be able to live a life on their terms. We offer tactical training, resources, and most importantly, the opportunity to get in rooms with very experienced investors who mentor and share.
Our Professional Pro Membership is ideal for experienced investors, those that are growing real estate-related businesses, and those that benefit by giving back to others and getting the word out about what they do!
Is there a certain level of investing experience required?
Not at all. All we expect is a willingness to grow and learn!
Our Wealth Builder Membership is ideal for newer investors. Many of our experienced investors choose to be a Professional Pro Member, but investors from all levels are welcome to join at this level as well, especially if they would benefit from sharing off-market deals or have a business to promote!
Can my spouse, domestic partner or business partner join with me?
Yes! and at a huge discount!
When you check out, you will have an option to add your spouse/significant other to your membership at a significant discount! If you have already joined and want to add your spouse, please reach out to hello@boiserein.com and we will get you set up.
What if I can’t attend the live main events?
No worries! We have you covered!
We record each event, so that if you are unable to attend or live out of the area, you can still watch and learn from the keynote speakers! We also have a growing number of resources in our member portal for you to learn from, and are adding to them every month.
Do I need to live in Boise or Idaho to be a Member?
Our membership was created with Idaho investors in mind. That said, anyone with a keen interest in or is currently Investing is welcome to join! You may not be here for every live event, but our private facebook page, zoom trainings, and portal with resources offers tons of support! Our investors are all over the map!
What is the refund policy?
If you have a change of heart within the first 7 days of membership, please come to us personally and we will offer an immediate opt-out with refund! Also, Boise REIN has a “be kind & please don't be a jerk” policy. :) We maintain the right to remove any member that does not align with our core values or is unprofessional in nature.
Is there a monthly membership option?
No, this is an annual membership. Long-term connections and relationships are the key to success. It takes time to process, learn and take advantage of the connections this network creates. We appreciate you investing in us as we invest in you over the course of the year!
We do offer monthly payment plan options (instead of paying once for the full year). With these payment plan options, your commitment is still for the full year. You can select the monthly payment plan at the checkout.
