Who is the Idaho REIN Business Membership for?
The Professional Membership is ideal for those that are growing real estate-related businesses, and trade and service-based businesses that benefit from doing business with Idaho investors and real estate professionals.
The Platinum Business Membership is ideal for businesses looking to gain premium brand visibility and connect with thousands of real estate investors and professionals in Idaho's thriving real estate community.
Will I be the exclusive business in my industry?
At Idaho REIN, we are intent on bringing big value to our business partners. Hence, each specific industry is limited to three businesses in our vendor directory.
Our Platinum business members enjoy even more exclusivity, in that once they are in the Platinum business spot, we will not put another competing industry in the Platinum category while they are a paying member! If you see your business taken, please fill out the form anyway, because you never know when a spot will open up and you will be first in line for consideration.
Can my business partner or employee join with me?
For Professional members, Yes! and at a huge discount!
When you check out, you will have an option to add your business partner or employee to your membership at a significant discount! If you have already joined and want to add your partner, please reach out to hello@boiserein.com and we will get you set up.
For Platinum businesses, your membership already includes three people from your business! If more are desired, please contact us for a customized plan.
What if I can’t attend the live main events or do not live in the Boise area?
No worries! We have you covered!
Not only do we have virtual events in which we can introduce you, much of the value in our business memberships is in visibility via our Vendor Directory, our Member directory, website, newseletters, and in our virtual community.
What is the refund policy?
If you have a change of heart within the first 3 days of purchasing your business membership, please come to us personally and we will offer an immediate opt-out with refund! Our vendor directory and website is updated monthly, so after your business is promoted, no refunds will be issued. Also, Idaho REIN has a “be kind & please don't be a jerk” policy. :) We maintain the right to remove any business that does not align with our core values or is unprofessional in nature.
Is there a monthly membership option?
This is an annual membership. Long-term connections and relationships are the key to success. It takes time to process, learn and take advantage of the connections this network creates! We appreciate you investing in us as we invest in you over the course of the year!
Professional members, you can select the monthly payment plan at the checkout, and the commitment remains 12 months.
